Altitude: 2200 meters

Variety: Jaadi 

Farm: Naji Ghalib farm

Origin:
This 100% Arabica coffee beans grown only in the Eastern Harraz mountain farms, located at altitudes of 2000 to 2,200 meters, where the climate and soil produce truly exceptional flavors.

Harvesting:
Cherries are hand picked . Only the fully ripe, deep red cherries with a rich color like red ruby.

Processing Method:
This coffee is processed using the natural (unwashed) method. Cherries are dried on wire mesh beds layered with palm mats, under natural sunlight.
