These 100% Arabica coffee beans come from the mountainous farms in Haraz in the province of Sana'a. Mocha felix has unique flavors (blueberry and green tea) that make it perfect for both espresso and filter coffee.
The coffee cherries are naturally dried using the traditional method. They spread the cherries on the terraces of their homes out under the sunlight until they dry completely and turn a deep golden black color.
